We will spend some time with you talking through your wishes and how these can be written into your Will. We help you understand how the process works and the best ways to organise your affairs.

Each person and their family is different so the Will is bespoke to your needs. We can advise you on guardianships for children, Inheritance Tax and Long Term Care Fee Planning, as well as how best to deal with complex family situations.

Within two weeks of your appointment with us we will send you a draft Will to check .Once you have confirmed that all is correct, we aim to produce within two days a completed Will for you to sign.

For a small annual charge, we can store your Will securely.
